Darshan is the founder-director of DR Education & Migration. He is a Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Victoria, Australia and a Barrister & Solicitor of the High Court Roll of New Zealand. His dominant areas of interest include Immigration law, Criminal law and Defamation law. He gained invaluable practical legal experience at reputed migration law firms and a Human Rights Organisation with national presence. He is also the Author of “Defence of Innocent Dissemination: An Unethical Safe-House for Social Media to Circumvent Defamation Liabilities”
Darshan is a qualified educational agent counsellor as well and serves with a great passion in guiding the students to choose their educational prospects. He practises with a philosophy of providing high-quality, reliable guidance and client centric approach, while acting with honesty and integrity. He enjoys working with clients to help them achieve a successful outcome.
